  3. Be Open to New Experiences: Fine dining often includes unique and innovative dishes that you may not encounter in everyday dining.  Be open to trying new flavours and culinary techniques.  Ask yourself this question, what is the chef trying to tell me?  What is the chef’s story using the food served to me?

  5.
